4. Can I decide which PIOUS WAQF project my financial contributions will go to?
You may decide to appropriate your contribution or portions of to the PIOUS WAQF approved project(s) of your choice.You may also choose to allow the Board of Trustees to make this decision.
Currently the proposed projects are:
1. HajjMabrur.net - Global Hajj & Umra Booking & Tour Operation Management - to acquire from creditors.
2. Tourislam.com - Global Halal and Islamic Tourism Booking & Tour Operation Management
3. Masajiduna.net - Global Sharia-Compliant Social Networking
4. Zakatuna.net - Global Automation of Zakat Collection and Distribution Management
5. Awqafuna.net - Global listing of Awqafs, beneficiaries, rules, guidelines, management, supporting automation and transparency.
6. PiousVillage.net - a virtual Pious Village for Pious Muslims of every city or a region in the world to support social and commercial interactions.
7. Shurfi.com - to allow Sharia-Compliant surfing of the existing Internet - this is a Huge Project requiring large financial resources and many bright Muslim minds.

Bear in mind that although contributions can be appropriated to your project of choice, 80% of revenues generated from such projects will be deposited into the overall pool of revenues for the PIOUS WAQF, while 20% will be paid for charitable contributions directly related to the project of choice.
